Woman In Red

We test whether attackers can get into your company through your people, your buildings and your systems.

Authorized social engineering, phishing simulation and physical penetration testing, led by Dorota Kozlowska, the Woman in Red. You get clear evidence of where you are exposed and a practical plan to fix it.

“Were you looking at the woman in the red dress?” – The Matrix (1999)

In a pivotal moment of The Matrix movie, Neo is spellbound by a striking woman in a red dress moving gracefully through a simulation.

What draws your attention can be precisely what blinds you to the attack, and in the hands of a skilled adversary, distraction becomes a weapon.

This is the essence of social engineering - not brute force, but subtle subversion. Not breaking through walls, but walking through doors left open by trust, assumption, and inattention.

The Woman in Red doesn’t need to be a threat to become one, she simply needs you to believe that she isn't.

Services

We only perform services under written, authorized engagements. We do not support or perform malicious activity.

How an engagement works

Every engagement is planned with you and carried out only with written authorization.

  1. Free initial call

We talk about your goals, what worries you most, and what is in and out of scope.

  2. Proposal and authorization

You receive a written proposal with scope, timeline and price. Testing starts only after a signed contract and a written authorization letter.

  3. Testing

We carry out the agreed tests within the rules of engagement. If we find a critical risk, we tell you straight away.

  4. Report

Evidence for every finding, risk ratings, and fixes prioritized by risk and cost, written for both technical teams and management.

  5. Debrief and retest

We walk your team through the results and answer questions. An optional retest confirms that the fixes work.
